1:12.9 | clear to conclude that their comments to avoid lactobacillus are incorrect, show you the easy-to-follow |
1:20.3 | evidence trail that you should use lactobacillus or other like probiotics if you have |

1:30.2 | So these thought leaders essentially commented to avoid lactobacillus based upon two small observational |

1:38.7 | And what these studies found was that when lactobacillus was higher, it appeared to, or correlated with lower diversity, |
