Hello everybody, welcome back to the Primal Potential Podcast.

I am Elizabeth Benton.

Today I'm really excited to share with you something that I did a few months ago.

We had a four week long series of webinars, the first of which was on consistency and I've

talked about it here.

So many of you have DMed me to get access to them.

But what I wanted to do today is play for you part of the first one which was all about

consistency.

And the reason I want to do that is because the tools that I lay out, the process, the

strategy, the steps are the answer to so many questions that I get about.

I can't seem to get consistent or I'm really having a hard time creating any kind of progress
