I really feel like the world is kind of stacked against us. The negatives, in my opinion, far outweigh the positives. If you truly wanted to lose weight, but you could fast for a week and you would lose a ton of weight, the problem is, like, that isn't going to help it. You're just going to gain that weight back. I don't normally do that that but if you could do one small thing for us and take just a couple seconds to leave that review

that will help more people discover this content and become fitter healthier and happier

so if you could do that it would mean so so much thank you in advance now into the episode
