1:40.8	We were originally hoping to reach that goal by early 2023, along with paying off the rest of
1:46.0	our debt, which consists of 12,000 in student loans that are currently on pause by the federal
1:51.4	government. However, our landlord called us earlier this week to let us know he has terminal
1:58.7	stage for cancer and might die soon, which is extremely sad, of course. It was really nice of him
2:06.1	to let us know, but he's offered to sell us the house that we're currently renting from him
