memoir. I just, I got it not long before I needed to interview her. So I had done research before,

of course, but I started reading it. It is so good. So if you happen to not know who Joan London

is, she was the host of Good Morning America for 17 years. She was the host of Good Morning America for 17 years.

She's done many other television shows.

She's written 11 books.

She's got seven kids.

But she's really an award-winning journalist, best-selling author, television host, motivational speaker.

But she's really a true trailblazer in so many ways. When she was on Good Morning

America, she actually brought her baby who actually happens to be a friend of mine. Jamie Hess.

It's funny that I was on Jamie's podcast. And a bunch of years ago, that's how we actually met.

But anyway, and, you know, she bringing your baby to work because you were breastfeeding during a time when you couldn't even say the words breastfeeding on the air was really revolutionary.

It was radical at that time.
