kind of splitting hairs? How do we get into the nitty gritty when it comes to carbohydrates for

strength training? He's also going to discuss a recent meta analysis, which I'm excited for him to

cover. It's something that I sent his way. and I was excited when I saw it being discussed,

and I heard that it was coming out.

And it's essentially looking at all the research on intra-workout carbohydrates

because there has been a ton of debate in this realm.

There is the intra-workout carbs for endurance athletes, which the research is very clear.

That's very, very important because if you're running for eight hours straight in a marathon,

yeah, you need to replenish glycogen.

But then there's this other side that people are pushing intra-workout carbs for bodybuilding

or strength training, and the workouts might be 30 minutes, 45 minutes an hour long.
