What's up and welcome to another episode of the Scott and Ian show on the SBL podcast.

Today, Scott and I are talking about a subject that we are very passionate about.

I remember saying at some point, into my sunset years, I think I'm really going to focus on education.

What a thing to say, but I remember saying that, and it's sort of like surprised me.

I'm like sunset years.

Probably heard someone say it and just like parroted it back.

But I love education.

For me, seeing that light bulb go off for somebody, it's a big deal.

And obviously it is to Scott too.

So this episode is all about teaching.

We're going to talk about how to be a better teacher.

We're also going to talk about how to get more students, right?

Even if you want people to come into your space, get more students one-on-one,

or even go past that and think about your business,

your teaching business as a business, because it is. I encourage you to think about it that way

and think about growing it in a way like Scott did with an online business that can actually

scale. I used to not know what that word meant. It just meant you can be in one more than one

place at the same time. I sometimes say like, God, I wish I had a cloning device. Well,

if you scale an online business, you don't need one because people can study with you at the

same time asynchronously all over the world. So this pertains to you if you want to get better at teaching,

if you want to make more money teaching, if you want to get more students, if you want to scale

a business, we talk all about it. And we are passionate, passionate educators. And hey, segue
