good morning everyone welcome back to the wanness cafe seven day new year's kick start

i'm doing seven mini episodes this week to start the new year strong and be by your side

for the first week of the year to make sure that you crush your goals and start the your strong

working towards your dreams day three out of three hundred and sixty five i hope your 2023

is off to a great start i have a really good feeling about this year before we get into it today

i also want to put a reminder out there that if your year is off to a bad start or you haven't been

following through on your resolutions that you made to yourself it is not too late to start

i remember lots of times when i was trying to implement new habits in the new year and i guess

that's kind of the issue with starting a new habit on new years instead of just some random day

because i feel like there's definitely more motivation to start on january first but also it's

easier to mess up and be like oh well i already ruined the year there's no going back now so i

want to say this to you if you're in that mindset already some tough love you can start today if

you haven't yet it is not too late and it doesn't really matter what day you start on because

we're all in this together 2023 is going to look the same as 2022 if you don't put in the work

and make a plan of action to achieve your dreams that's really what it comes down to and i

know that this is tough love but for everyone struggling and for everyone who hasn't made a plan

of action yet or gotten serious about putting in the work i know it's hard but nothing worth

having comes easy and the hard work makes the reward so much better if this was easy everyone would

do it you can expect it to be easy but it is worth it okay i'm done with the tough love

sometimes a little bit is just necessary you know okay also i just want to put a reminder out there

that you should definitely go right in for the community episode that will be going out this
