Hello, my love. Welcome back to our intention setting practices for 2026. It's Monday today and we only have a

couple of days to go. I really love breaking our practices up in little bite-sized portions the way we are right now.

to get down to business. We have identified some specific goals that we have for ourselves for

2026. We know what our heart's longing is. We know what we don't want for ourselves in

26. And today, I want to connect with who you want to be in 2026. Who you want to be.

Now, I'm not saying that you have different sets of personalities and that every year you put on another hat and you become someone else. I'm talking about the practice of

visualizing yourself as your most embodied version. So seeing yourself living a life in full alignment with who you

actually are inside, knowing that who we are at our essence and at our core doesn't change.

But how we act in the outer world, in the external world, how we relate

to other people, how we treat ourselves, the thoughts that we think, the energy and vibration

that we're carrying, that changes all the time. We go through different seasons. We change.

Things change. Life changes. And you might have a whole different sets of needs this year than you had last year.

So if you take a moment just right as you are here and now, close your eyes and you witness your most embodied self.
