Hi, love. Happy Tuesday. Happy almost end of the year. I hope you're having a great day today

0:12.4

and that you're feeling really close to your New Year's intention because the time has come.

0:19.1

We have New Year's Eve coming up tomorrow. So tomorrow we have a

0:23.4

really specific practice for New Year's Eve that I'm going to share. And that means today is the day,

0:29.6

my love. Today is today. You need to clearly identify your intention for 2026. We have done so much work over the past week to get close to what

0:42.0

your intention is. You've started by connecting to the feeling that you want to have in

0:49.0

26. The thing you don't want to bring with you into 2026, what your heart's longing for the new year actually is,

0:57.1

you've set specific goals in different areas of your life and you've connected with your highest self,

1:03.5

your embodied self and what they feel like moving through 2026.

Today it's time for us to write your clear intention down on paper.

1:19.4

Now, I say this every year. It doesn't matter how deep your intention is or how true your intention is or how much time you spent

1:31.1

figuring your intention out. If it's a highly complicated one, if it's something that you can't

1:37.8

put into words clearly or something you can't explain to other people, it's going to be a hard thing for life to align with it.

1:47.6

It's going to be a hard thing for life to put you in the way of it when you're on your path

1:52.1

moving toward what you want. So intentions and what we want and our longings, they can be

1:58.6

very abstract. They can be very hard to grasp.

2:01.5

It's imperative that you put it into clear words.

2:06.3

So this practice today is when you're going to do exactly that.

2:10.4

You're going to take all of those feelings, all of those thoughts, all of those goals,

2:15.3

all of those longings, and you're going to very clearly put

2:18.7

it into one single sentence that reads, my intention for 2026 is, and then you complete that sentence.

2:29.1

And the more simple and clear that that intention is, the easier it's going to be for the universe
