beautiful day today spent with loved ones that you're eating delicious foods and just enjoying the

magic of the holiday season. We are diving deeper into our intention setting practices

today as we get closer and closer to New Year's Eve

and to 2026. Yesterday we got really specific, so we started identifying specific goals.

Yesterday we worked on the area of our mind and our body. And today we're going to move on to the other

two areas of our life, soul and home, starting in the area of soul.

So soul is what I call everything that relates to our spirit, our soul, and our spiritual practices.

Our relationship with God, with nature. If you practice a religion or if you practice meditation, if you have a devotional practice, prayer,

that deep self-care practice, that also is community care practice, where we feel in connection with something bigger than us, that devotional practice

of being present in our bodies. So of course, our yoga practice ends up in this area,

self-care practices that nourish us from within, our journaling, our therapy, our retreats,

that self-development journey, our healing journey is in this area of our

life. And it's an area that I find is easy to forget or easy to miss because it's not very

tangible, right? In the area of our body, for example, it's easy to set goals because we can look at our bodies

and touch our bodies.

We can measure how far we've gotten when it comes to our health and our well-being.

And do we feel stronger and are we sleeping better?

But when it comes to our soul, it's a little bit or a lot more difficult to measure.

And it might be a little bit trickier to divide things up into specific goals.
