Hi friend, happy Thursday and Merry Christmas to everyone who celebrates on the 25th.

I hope you're having a beautiful day today and that you're enjoying lots of precious sacred time with loved ones.

We are going deeper into our intention setting practices.

intentions and goals in different areas of life. And every year we do it in the area of mind,

body, soul, and home. And today I want to focus on mind and body.

So we are going to identify two goals in today's practice, but I want you to take your time. Just because this practice on the specific podcast is only a few minutes long, doesn't

mean you only have to spend a few minutes focusing on these things.

Beginning in the area of mind, mind is everything that has to do with your work, your money,

you're studying, you're learning, everything that you do with the mind, everything that

you call in from the mind, that you study with the mind, that you make happen from that level of the mind, everything that you call in from the mind, that you study with the mind,

that you make happen from that level of the mind. In your area of work and career and money

and studies, what is one goal that you have for yourself in 2026? Just one. And you might need some time to really unravel

some layers and contemplate this to figure out what that specific goal actually is. But it could also

be that your intuition is just going to take you to the heart of the matter right away. And you know,
