Vladimir Zelinsky has told leaders in Congress

that with more U.S. money his country can win the war against Russia.

Salinsky arrived in the U.S. capital today to a darker mood than when he

swooped in last winter.

He also met with President Biden who made his own plea to Congress.

President Biden said he wants Ukraine to win the war, but he's not giving us any details

about how he thinks that could or should happen.

I'll not walk away from Ukraine and neither will the American people.

Compared to Zellensky's last visit with an address to Congress and a grand arrival ceremony at the White House,

this trip is toned down.

Congress needs to pass a supplemental funding.

Ukraine before they break the holiday recess,

before they give Putin the greatest Christmas gift

they could possibly give it.

Republican leaders are with Biden and Selensky on that. My support for Ukraine and Israel is rock solid.

But they want to trade new Ukraine money for new border policy.

And they want to know how a fresh 61 billion dollars for Ukraine's military would be spent.

Boxes Peter Ducey at the White House, the United Nations General Assembly voted

overwhelmingly to demand a humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza.
