A mass mobilization, I'm Pam Housseau, Fox News. Army reserves across Israel are being

pressed into service following an unprecedented attack by Hamas militants that has left

the country reeling.

They open fire on a concert that was taking place overnight in southern Israel, and they

went and took over homes in these kibbutz that sit along the border, these small communities

where people live often more religious, more rural population in Israel. And they ultimately

took over many of these areas, killing some civilians and capturing others. Hamas, the

group in control of Gaza, says that they have taken dozens of Israeli citizens and soldiers

hostage.

Fox's tray yanked, the White House is closely watching developments.

But there will be no mistake. The United States stands with the state of Israel. Just we

have from the moment the United States became the first nation to recognize Israel 11 minutes

after it's found in 75 years ago.

President Biden has spoken to Israel's Prime Minister by phone, Fox's Lucas Tomlinson

has more.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin and Yahoo's office says he spoke to President Biden and

in a statement said quote, you as President Joe Biden called Prime Minister Benjamin

at Yahoo and emphasized that the U.S. stands alongside Israel and fully supports Israel's

right to self-defense Prime Minister Netanyahu, thanked U.S. President Biden for the unreserved

support and made it clear that a forceful prolonged campaign which Israel will win is necessary.

And we're also hearing from Secretary of State Anthony Blinken who said in a statement

quote, the United States unequivocally condemns the appalling attacks by Hamas terrorists
