probes into President Trump is now being investigated himself, Fox's Jill Nato.

Special counsel Jack Smith oversaw two investigations into President Trump during the Biden

administration.

One was on the mishandling of classified documents.

The other was on Trump's role during the January 6th Capitol Riot.

Now the Office of Special Counsel under President Trump is launching a probe as Trump and Republican Senator Tom Cotton accused Smith of violating the Hatch Act of federal law that

banned some public officials from engaging in political activity.

Kahn asked the Office of Special Counsel to investigate Smith, alleging his conduct was designed

to help then President Joe Biden. In Washington, Jill Nato, Fox News. Countries,

including Canada and India, are about to be hit with new tariffs after failing to reach a

new deal with the U.S. Republican New York Congressman Mike Waller on Fox News Live.

We have already seen Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, the EU, China negotiations well underway.
