President Trump says he's ordered two nuclear submarines to be positioned in appropriate regions because of highly provocative statements from Russia's former president

Dimitri Medvedev. Medvedev has criticized President Trump's demands for a ceasefire in Russia

saying each new ultimatum is a threat and a step towards war. On social media, President Trump

writes the submarines are being repositioned just in case the foolish and inflammatory statements are more than just that.

Adding words can lead to unintended consequences.

Russian President Putin saying today Russia's started production of its newest hypersonic missile

reaffirmed its plans to deploy them to ally Belarus later this year, sitting alongside

Alexander Lukashenko on Volum Island near St. Petersburg, Putin said the military already

has selected deployment sites in Belarus for the intermediate range ballistic missile.

The mayor of Cincinnati, Aftab Pervall, finally speaks out of it last week's attack on two
