Carrick Fox News official say 34 year old Michael Burham escaped from a jail

in Warren after climbing on exercise equipment and using bedsheets as a rope

exiting out a window and lowering himself to the ground. Lieutenant Colonel

Burham has left the general area. With that said, we've received several tips or

investigative leads from outside of the area and we are thoroughly

investigating each and every one of those police say Burham is considered armed

and dangerous and is a self-taught survivalist. He was being held on

kidnapping, burglary and other charges after being named a suspect in a

homicide investigation. President Biden is in Europe visiting three countries

starting with Britain and a meeting with King Charles followed by a NATO

summit in Lithuania. The big focus of the president's trip though is going to

be cooling concern after his decision to provide controversial cluster bombs to

Ukraine. Weapons that are banned by more than 120 countries and that

decision drew immediate opposition from four NATO allies including the UK,

Canada, Spain and Germany as well as some congressional Democrats but the

Russian foreign ministry was very quick to seize on the White House position

from last year. The weapons are considered risky because of their potential to
