The UK opposes the U.S. sending cluster bombs to Ukraine.

The President told CNN.

The running out of those in that ammunition and we're low on it.

Republican critics blasted the President for revealing the U.S. is low on 155 millimeter

shells.

Some saying it calls into question the U.S. ability to defend itself.

The White House told Fox Digital the military has specific requirements for the numbers

of weapons systems and ammunition we maintain in our reserves in case of contingencies or

military conflict.

Everything we send to Ukraine is an excess of that.

So the U.S. is not running out of ammunition ourselves.
