They began more than two hours ago after an attack yesterday by Iran on civilian ships.

Now earlier today, President Trump was less than subtle hinting that airstrikes would take place tonight in Iran.

And this after another round of strikes against commercial shipping in the strait of Hormuz,

the president indicated that he had just lost his patience with his Iranian counterparts.

President Trump posting on True Social that this is in retribution for those attacks,

and if it happens again, it will get much worse.

The president now on his way back to Washington in the new Air Force One,

which he boarded in the UK,

of taking one of the older jets to the NATO summit in Turkey.

On the sidelines of that summit,

the president met with Ukraine's leader Volodemir Zelensky,

where he granted Ukraine permission to manufacture defense systems he's been asking for.

President Trump also said he believes a deal to end the Russia-Ukraine war is on the horizon.
