Earlier this week, the defense called on a forensic evidence expert signaling their plan to go after the DNA evidence. Now they have called

an ATF firearms expert, which is key because now the defense is signaling its intention to go

after the ballistics evidence and argue that there's no way that the bullet recovered from

Charlie Kirk's autopsy can be positively linked to the alleged murder weapon tied to Tyler Robinson. Keep in mind

that bullet had broken into many fragments. And prosecutors say there's no way to exclude a positive

match either. Fox is Claudia Cowan in Provo. Also today, the video interview of Glant's Twigs, Robinson's

boyfriend was played in court where Twigs said Robinson told him he wished he hadn't done it.

Court resumes tomorrow morning. Robinson has not entered a plea.
