Attorney General Pam Bondi announcing a major update from the Justice Department regarding Kilmar-Abrego-Garcia, an alleged gang member who's in the United States illegally mistakenly deported by the Trump administration to a migrant detention center in El Salvador.

Attorney General Bondi giving details on alleged findings from a grand jury says he's had to have transported minor children.

The defendant traded the innocence of minor children for profit.

Brayette O'Garcy is being charged with alien smuggling, conspiracy to commit alien smuggling.

The case has been highly controversial on Capitol Hill, several top Democrats voicing support for the right to do process, including Maryland Senator Chris Van

Holland, who went to El Salvador to visit O'Brigo Garcia. In his statement, the senator

writes in part, the administration will now have to make its case in the court of law, as it
