to face charges of transporting illegal immigrants.

Tennessee Republican Congressman Tim Birch had joined Fox News Alert

think he should be set free. This guy, traffic humans, he was caught in Tennessee. And I think the

bigger question is, is the fact that what happened to those Tennessee state troopers when they called

the FBI and the FBI told them to release

this guy. Abrago Garcia was also charged with transporting firearms and illegal drugs. President

Trump says he's a bad guy, and that the courts will show how horrible this guy is. Brigo Garcia is

denied being a gang member. The feud between the Trump administration and Harvard is ramping up.

Foxy-Cotton is the latest from Education Secretary Linda McMahon.

Secretary McMahon telling NBC News in an interview just yesterday, the White House has gained ground in its ongoing conversations with Ivy Leagues, Harvard, and Columbia.

The administration has tried to overhaul curriculum, hiring, and admissions at both schools,

accusing them of being hotbeds for anti-Semitism.

The Trump administration now faces its second roadblock when it comes to Harvard, at least.

Late Thursday night, U.S. District Judge Allison Burroughs issued a temporary restraining order,

blocking a proclamation by President Trump, which aimed to bar foreign students from entering the U.S.

to attend the Ivy League.

Burroughs of Biden appointee ruled Harvard had demonstrated it would face, quote, immediate and irreparable injury.

Harvard has accused the White House of infringing on academic freedom. America is listening to Fox News.
