Can they make up?

I'm Dave Anthony. Fox News. That's a big question the day after a bitter public fight between President Trump and Elon Musk, who had led the Doge federal cutback effort.

As a businessman, he has a right to speak for his companies. But as president, President Trump has a responsibility to fight for this country.

Now, Politico reports the two may talk today.

The president is now threatening to cut government subsidies for Musk's companies.

So this comes as the Tesla CEO continued his attacks on Trump's big, beautiful bill.

But then he took it to a whole new level, saying he thought Trump should be

impeached and replaced by J.D. Vance. Musk also took credit for Trump's victory. He said,

quote, without me, Trump would have lost the election. The president posting on truth social,

saying he asked Musk to leave the government and said Elon was, quote, wearing thin,

quote, I took away his electric vehicle mandate that nobody else wanted, and he just went crazy.

Fox is Brookes-Signman now. In Post on X last night, Musk appeared open to ending the feud,

replying to someone who wrote, you're both better than this and cool off, that it's good advice.

Tesla stock, by the way, went down 14% as that Trump-Musk fight played out. Russia has Ukraine hard again.

Overnight in Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelensky says Russia launched a massive drone and missile attack,

targeting most of the big cities in this country,

including the Capitol. He says Russia launched over 400 drones and more than 40 missiles,

including ballistic missiles. Foxes Lucas Tomlin, those three people were killed in Kiev in that barrage.

81 years ago, the World War II D-Day battle was raging on the beaches of Normandy, France,

and this morning a commemoration. It is a sheer privilege to stand in this cemetery among heroes.
