It will move through. I'm Lisa Lacerra. Fox News. Republican leaders say they're confident they'll pass President Trump's tax and spend bill this week.

President Trump's meeting with Republican holdouts was productive and moved the ball in the right direction. White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt says several conservative Republicans are looking for additional savings and deficit reduction in a reconciliation package intended to cover much of the president's domestic agenda.

Levitt says the president reiterated how critical it is for the country to pass the one big beautiful bill as quickly as possible.

President Trump made the trip to Capitol Hill

Tuesday to rally House Republicans around the measure. The House Speaker says he plans for a final

vote this week. Fox is Jared Helper at the White House. Minneapolis, Mayor Jacob Fry says the city

will proceed with reforms to its police department agreed to under the Biden administration.

We're deepening our community engagement. We're investing in violence prevention and we're

expanding our mental health response work. The DOJ announced this morning a plans to cancel

settlements with Minneapolis and Louisville that call for an overhaul of their police departments

after the death of George Floyd and

Brianna Taylor. The administration also announced it was retracting the findings of Justice

Department investigations into six other police departments that the Biden administration had

accused of civil rights violations. Investigators say a fire that severely damaged a historic

black church that was the headquarters

for the 1968 sanitation worker strike in Memphis, which brought the Reverend Martin Luther King,

Jr. to the city was intentionally set. The fire at the Claiborne Temple, which was undergoing

renovations, was in the interior of the church. Investigators are searching for a suspect.

Defense Secretary Pete Hackseth has accepted a Boeing 747 jet from Qatar for President

Trump to use as Air Force One.
