A fiery crash in California.

The federal investigation into a deadly plane crash in San Diego continues, and as that's happening, we're learning more about the accident.

Fox's Colonel Scott has the latest.

National Transportation Safety Board Investigator Elliot Simpson said, as their probe begins, the Sessna encountered problems inbound.

Struck power lines about two miles southeast of the airport, then collided with a house.

That home, along with multiple cars, were set on fire after impact. But according to Simpson,

no fatalities on the ground. We do have a few ground injuries. One of the people who died on that plane was Dave Shapiro, founder of Music Agency Sound Talent Group, along with two other employees.

A statement from the company said, it is devastated by the loss.

A young Israeli couple who worked at the Israeli embassy in Washington, D.C.

were shot and killed near the Capitol Jewish Museum by a gunman who yelled free, free Palestine after the shooting.

Elias Rodriguez is the suspect.

He's the Chicago man.

He's been in custody since late last night.

Authorities where the FBI began talking to him in the middle of the night.

We are told that he has been talkative.

They're also going through some writings they believe belong to him, though they are not calling

them a manifesto at this time.

As for the victims, they were both soon to be engaged.

Both worked for the Israeli embassy in Washington.
