They're watching. I'm Lee Silicera, Fox News. The Pentagon says a spy balloon from China

is over the US. A senior defense official says there's very high confidence. The Chinese

high altitude balloon was flying over sensitive sites, including nuclear silos in Montana.

A Pentagon spokesman says the government is tracking the balloon. It is currently traveling

in an altitude well above commercial air traffic. And it's not present in a military or

physical threat. The people on the ground similar balloon activity has been seen in the

past several years and steps are taken to ensure it does not collect sensitive information.

The Pentagon decided not to shoot down the balloon because of risk to people on the

ground at the White House. Jared Halpern, Fox News, a senior administration official

says President Biden has been briefed on the incident. This is plans to build a corn

milling plant owned by China in North Dakota are being halted. The Air Force says the plan

facility 12 miles from the Grand Forks Air Force base would pose a significant threat to

national security. Attorneys for Hunter Biden are calling for a criminal investigation

into the release of his personal data from his laptop, though they're not saying the

laptop is his. Hunter's attorney sent letters to state and federal prosecutors requesting

they investigate the computer repair shop owner who passed along data from Hunter's laptop

and Rudy Giuliani, former President Trump's attorney. They wrote, quote, there is considerable

reason to believe they violated various Delaware laws and accessing copying, manipulating

and or disseminating Mr. Biden's personal computer data.
