A lot of Texas is frozen. I'm Dave Anthony Fox News. On the morning we get a forecast from

a ground hog hoping for an early spring. An ice storm has glazed over much of Texas,

plain for eight deaths. It's also frigid for those who lost heat nearly 400,000 power

outages, almost 700 flights canceled, mostly to and from Dallas and Austin. And the freezing
