We're learning more about the gunman who shot at an immigration enforcement facility in Dallas, Texas this week,

that he tracked ICE agents using an app.

Federal officials say the shooter spent months planning this attack that they say was meant to kill ice agents.

They say they found a collection of notes in 29-year-old Joshua John's house.

The notes included a game plan of the attack, and he called ICE agents people showing up to

collect a dirty paycheck.

No agents were shot, but three iced detainees were.
