I'm Dave Anthony Fox News. That's one of the four charges against former President Trump

at a new indictment related to the Capitol riot and efforts to overturn the election.

The attack on our nation's Capitol on January 6, 2021 was an unprecedented assault on the

seat of American democracy.

Special counsel Jack Smith and a rainman set for tomorrow.

This is the third criminal indictment against former President Trump.

He also faces 40 federal felony charges in the classified documents case in Florida,

also brought by the special counsel.

And 34 counts of falsifying business records brought against him in New York.

And now this federal indictment out of Washington, D.C.

Fox's Brooks saying when the former president posted on social media, it's a ridiculous

case.

And they waited to bring it to interview in the 2024 election.

One of his rivals, Florida Governor Roddessantus, reacted saying he would end the weaponization

of government.

Vivek Ramaswamy tells Fox,

I think it's important for those of us competing against Trump to take a strong stand against

these politicized indictments.

Some of the other Republican candidates are more critical.

X vice president Mike Pence posted anyone who puts himself above the Constitution should

not be president.

Chris Christie wrote Trump violated his oath and brought shame to the presidency.
