This is a Fox News alert. President Trump reacts to Israel's attack on Iran.

I'm Dave Anthony, and he's urging Iran to make a deal.

Before there's nothing left, he wrote in a truth social post about an hour ago.

The president says things will only get worse, and he gave Iran chance after chance to make a nuclear deal.

But in recent talks, Iran refused to stop

enriching uranium. Now, Israel's prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, says, we struck at the heart of Iran's

nuclear weaponization program. Israel also killed some scientists and military leaders, including the

general in charge of Iran's Revolutionary Guard, and the general who was chief of staff of Iran's

armed forces, and Israel's

not done.

There are new strikes underway just minutes ago in Iran.

Fox's Alex Hogan has more on the Israeli operation from Tel Aviv.

According to Israeli officials, it was carried out in three phases this morning.

It included Mossad commando units smuggling drones deep into the country long before the attack and activating them this morning to hit Iran's surface-to-air missiles.

At the same time, the Israeli military deployed 200 aircraft, mainly fighter jets to target roughly 100 targets in Iran.

And today, the Israeli military says it's also destroyed dozens of radar installations.

Now, Iran's supreme leader called Israel satanic and vowed severe punishment and retaliation.

Iran has been launching drones that Israel's working to shoot down, and Israel has closed its embassies worldwide.

Back to President Trump.

He also posted this morning a thank you to the appeals court that blocked a judge's order to stop his deploying national guard troops to Los Angeles to deal with protests.

The judge in that ruling said the president exceeded his authority.
