Summary

Be guided in a meditation using a chakra meditation technique to focus on love and gratitude. Many times work and life balance can seem so elusive that you can feel as though there's no way out. The way out is through your heart. Be guided in a meditation focusing on your fourth chakra to open your heart with love and gratitude.

This is part 5 of a 7-Part Work Life Balance Series, Episodes 793-799.

As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
