Mindset is everything. We can give the best nutrition, training strategies, etc but without the right mindset in place, none of it will work.

inspired to talk more about mindset lately. And the main reason is because I feel like I could

give every tip under the sun to tell you to track your food, to work out and all the stuff. But if you do not believe in yourself and your mindset is not there, you're just not going to do it. You're not going to see any change. And actually, funny enough, we've been talking to quite a few people. You know, for those of you who message us and follow us on Instagram, it is always us. We're always in the DMs. And I've seen a couple recurring themes where people literally don't believe in themselves. They've literally lost hope. They feel like they're a failure. They feel like if they try on their finished journey again, they won't succeed. And to me, there's no worse feeling because I genuinely believe every single person if they have the right

systems, the right accountability and all the stuff that we're going to talk about today,

they can absolutely succeed. But there's a couple different steps to help you build up more

of that belief in yourself to know you're doing the right stuff and see that long term change.

The first step and one of the most important things in my personal opinion is just genuinely believing in what you're doing and why you're doing it. So I find one of the biggest reasons a lot of people do not succeed on their journey is because they just kind of do random stuff. They pick up random tips off of TikTok and scrolling and maybe something from a friend of theirs and they're just kind of like uh you know

do random stuff and it's very hard to keep showing up if you don't really truly believe in what you're

doing so i've thought long and hard and obviously being a fitness coach i understand like the true

between tracking my calories, between logging everything before I eat it, strength training,

cardio. But I really encourage you like before you fully commit to something, just actually

understand why you're doing it. And I like to use strength training as an example. For me to go to

the gym, I really need to understand its importance, right?

If I say to someone, hey, I think you should really strength train three to five times a week. And they're like, oh, okay, yeah, like I should go to the gym. Like, that's a good idea. Like, they're not really going to do it because they're kind of like, I don't really understand it. But for me personally, I sit down and I think, okay, strength training will help my bones become stronger.
