Summary

I believe there needs to be way more conversations about stress and how it's not just "a feeling". Too many people have accepted chronic stress as a way of life and they just muscle through it, without taking seriously the long-term consequences of their unwillingness to make changes. While we're here: stress isn't just mental and emotional. Overeating is physical stress. Sugar creates physical stress. Gluten can create physical stress. No matter who you are, there's something you can do and it starts now.
