Welcome to Motivation Monday, where every Monday we answer all of your questions and have some real talks about life & fitness & get you fired up for the week! In this episode we do a rapid fire of 10 of your top questions. This episode was a great time and we hope you enjoy it!

had a lot of fun filming it we really enjoyed filming it outside as well in beautiful weather. That is not so much an option today as we'll get snow everywhere and we'll probably freeze, but we're in, we're ready to go. We got a nice coffee and we got some really fun questions from everyone. So thank you for submitting them. Now let's jump right into it. So it's going to be a little bit of a different episode in that sense.

If you're around here, there's normally a normal structure we follow here. We're actually just going to rip through commonly asked fun, lighthearted questions. So it's going to be a lot of fun and we're going to jump into it. So the first question is, what did you want to be when you grew up?

So for me, really growing up, like in the early stages, I actually wanted to be a Zamboni driver. And that's a fun fact. I remember I played hockey and I just remembered seeing and it looks like so much fun. I was like, I want to do that. But then as I started to actually figure out what I really wanted to do and And it came down to being like in grade 11

in careers class where they're like, all right, you have to decide the rest of your life.

The two things I was interested in was being a police officer and then also being a personal

trainer just because I started to love fitness. And it's kind of full, it kind of comes back full

circle where I just didn't think that personal training was like a good enough

gig. I didn't think I'd be able to have as much of like a career within that. And I was told from

others, including my mother, to go find something else to do. So I went to school as an HVAC technician,

which I absolutely hated. And then here I am an online coach that's transformed 5,500 people and I'm loving every single

moment of it. Yeah, for me, it was tough. I don't really know. Like I think like most children,

it adjusted. I probably wanted to be like a professional skateboarder or something like that. And

it was even funny. I remember when I was younger, I remember thinking like, oh, it's so silly to have

muscles. Why would you want big muscles? And I don't remember why I thought that, I remember thinking like, oh, it's so silly to have muscles. Why would you want big muscles?

And I don't remember why I thought that, but I did. So it's funny how things come full circle. And I've spoken to before about how when I started like lifting even, I was just a kid. I'm like, why would I want a big chess as a man? That makes no sense. So I only did back and shoulders. And it was just so different. And then I think later on like I studied

criminology in school and I was kind of going to use that as like a pre-law and was going
