And one thing I've been thinking about is as we get to the end of the year,

how there is a lot more food available, more sugar and candy and family dinners and eating out and all the things.

And some of you have requested a podcast specifically on relationships of food and I know for me as a teen I definitely had some anxiety around trying to eat perfectly and I know everyone has a different relationship with food, but I wanted to give you guys some

pointers and some things that have helped me to think about my body and my food in a way

that really, really serves me. So one is that food is fuel for our bodies. That is what food is for and that there isn't

good food or bad food. It's just all food. I know that's something that I would have drama

about of trying to just eat all the good

foods and not the bad foods. And it's a very like black and white way of thinking versus being

able to recognize like this is all food. And this food provides this kind of fuel and this food

provides this kind of fuel. And maybe I need more of this type of fuel and this food provides this kind of fuel.

And maybe I need more of this type of fuel, right?

I might need more fuel that's protein as opposed to sugar fuel.

But I can have both types of fuel in my body.

And one philosophy I heard someone say lately is that any food you want to have,
