1:56.9 | But I think mental health is one of those things that a lot of times we do sometimes ignore until maybe we're in a really bad mental state or really struggling or having a lot of emotions. And then that's where we're like, I need to work on this, right? It kind of like brings an awareness. I think about like physically, you know, if like you break a bone, you're going to be like, I need to go to the doctor, right? This hurts versus maybe it's easier to be kind of lazy about working out or eating good, right? |
