Hey guys, it's Rach here for your Sunday pep talk. Every Sunday, come on back. I'll give you a little pep talk before you join the week ahead. Here's my thought today. Small wins. Small, tiny micro moves that stack one on top of another and help us to accomplish big giant goals.

It's so easy to look around you, right?

To look at social media or people in your life and you see these massive celebratory, like

finish line moments. They're having a victory lap and they've achieved

this amazing thing. And it is so easy to trick ourselves into believing that if we don't experience

these big wins, that we're not actually doing anything or we're not getting closer to the person

we want to be. And I'm telling

you right now, if you do one thing today, one inch forward in the direction of the person you want to

become, and you do that every single day, it will stack an inch on top of an inch, on top of an inch, on top of an inch,

over and over and over the course of an entire year. Y'all, that's 365 inches in a new direction.

I know you're busy. I know you have responsibilities. I know it feels hard.

I know that it would be so much easier if we could all quit all of the things about our life we

don't enjoy doing and just focus full time on the thing we want to be doing. I know that would be

easier. But here's the deal. Very few of us have a

magic wand that we can wave that will allow us to do that. For the rest of us, it looks like a little

bit at a time, a little bit at a time, a little bit at a time until all of the sudden you see this exponential

growth in your life. Have you ever heard the expression, an overnight success after a lifetime

of working at it? That's me. One of the funniest things about girl wash your Face being so successful was how many people,

how many reporters, how many fans were like, oh my gosh, I cannot believe this is happening

to your first book.

Y'all, that was my sixth book.
