But where I think people go wrong is supplements are meant to be supplemental to a good journey.

But I was looking through some comments. I was looking through some really old comments. And I actually got all of our questions from the Spotify comments today, which is cool.

So it's awesome to see a lot of you really utilize in that feature. But one of them said, who are you? Who are you to give me advice? And I thought, hey, that's pretty good. And they said you didn't talk about yourself, your qualifications and your intro. So if you're new around here, like I just want to do a quick rundown blurb my name is Josh I started working out when I

was 14 15 somewhere in there mainly for hockey from there I got I kind of fell in love with it

I liked it I made a lot of mistakes I went about it wrong I got more into the gym I started

training and helping my friends I linked up with Kyle and we just improved our knowledge

we started building out of fitness YouTube.

From there we did a ton of certs, ton of extra certs and just really mastered being in personal training, nutrition, as well as self-application.

I've done a physique show. I've done like four power lifting shows and won them all, which has been fantastic.

And I just love helping people and now I've actually been an online fitness coach And I used to be a personal trainer as well. And I've been online fitness coaching for over 10 years, which I'm so, so proud of. And I'm now, between myself and Kyle and our team, we have over 5,000 transformations, which we are so, so proud of. So we don't just talk about it. We live it. We also have over 50 million views from our fitness education via this podcast and our YouTube, which we are so proud of. So I'm not trying to toot my own horn. I'm just trying to let you know, like I've been there. I've done that. And our responses, we want to reflect that. We want to give you no BS responses. The problem I guess now is my accolades are

very similar to Kyle's, but Kyle also had some more running and athletic background as well, I suppose. Yeah, like what got me into fitness was actually running in high school, which was really fun. And then like when I was tired of being skinny, I just said, you know what? It's time to bulk up. It's time to just level up and I gained a lot of
