Summary

In this episode you are guided in a meditation focusing on an object in front of you to give you inspiration and confidence. You also have the option to use a mudra to keep you grounded.

I remember when I thought that mudras and chakras were just a little bit bizarre.

And so for over a decade I had meditating, and I didn't try those.

There's a little more thought behind those techniques, but what I love about those techniques especially
