I'm really looking forward to today's topic.

I've gotten a lot of messages about stress and struggle and navigating hard times.

And I'm sure some of it is because especially on my Instagram stories, I'm not sure if

you're following me there.

or lead myself, however you want to think about it through this time of deep grief.

And I know not everybody is grieving right now and I'm very, very grateful for that.

But the strategies are the same whether it is grief or it is stress or it's a tense time

at work or a difficult time at home.

And because I've been very open about how I'm navigating those very hard moments as

I record this, it has been just about three months since our daughter died suddenly and

unexpectedly.
