all right welcome episode 78 so this is definitely maybe a shorter episode

maybe like 15 17 minutes or so just because I know the today's MLK day a lot of

folks are out traveling just doing stuff maybe you don't have time like you

normally do on your morning commute to listen so I'm just gonna keep things

short and sweet which is good because I think actually the topic that I want

to talk about today is just that it's really it's really simple really simple

but really important life changing important if if I think about it and especially

if you are able to practice consistently what I describe here and it has been

in my life it's been really simple but really impactful and that I've learned

to train my brain to tune out that little negative annoying voice that says

yeah but you know what when I'm talking about the one that's yeah but and then

something negative something glass half full something bad whatever so I've

learned to adopt the simple practice in my life that's really important but I

do it every day and it tunes out that yeah but voice in my head works really well

for me and I think it will help you as well so excited to talk about that no
