So you guys are in the field and you start as a junior companion and then

something happens and you flip over to be a senior companion. Is that just due to

experience or can you be a really gung-ho guy and be a senior companion within your first two months?

Not within your first two months probably, but within like if you're really gung-ho about it, you could probably get

within like six months of getting

partially based on merit yeah yeah and so you have anybody who can make it the

entire mission without being a senior yes there are people that have to do.

Because like if you never learn the language well,

then they can't really, you can't really be in charge if you don't understand what's going on.

So you could be a junior companion the entire mission? Yeah.

Yeah. Oh yeah, that's awesome.

My trainer was trained me in his first area so he had been there for three

transfers so he basically had four and a half months in the field when he was

training me and he was the worst trainer ever.
