And I don't think we think you should do that literally, although, frankly, business cards

are the last relevant than they have ever been.

What we're really here to talk about are things like job titles and job descriptions and

business cards, which go with that, and how they limit, they really limit teamwork, innovation,

opportunity, and productivity.
