with me today. I'm going to be talking about dating in the modern world because you guys asked me to,

so I'm going to. It can be a challenge. So wouldn't it be great if you had a handy-dandy guide

of healthy green flags that you could look for when you're dating?

And even in relationships, you guys, this is not just for dating.

This is basically I'm doing red and green flags.

Yes, they're for dating, but they're also for relationships as well.

It can go apply across the board.

And what it can do, what I'm hoping

for you is that it'll save you time, right? So you're not really wasting your time dating in compatible

partners, right? You can be mindful and aware of these red and green flags, which will make you

that much more successful when you are dating.

When you think about dating, how much has changed in the past 30 years?

It's crazy, right?

It used to be you dated people who you were logistically close to.

That was part of what it is.

And you had definitely a finite pool of people.

Yeah, well, you went to school.

That's who you dated in middle school and high school and college, right?

So the advent of the online dating world, the virtual dating world, has just opened up a lot of amazing things because I know so many people who met and got married and had kids, you know, online dating.

But it also opens up a lot of lack of accountability and a whole bunch of other things

because of the nature of texting and dating and virtual and being, you know, sort of a keyboard warrior being hidden.
