Summary
In this episode you are guided in a walking meditation to create a safe anchor for when you face uncertainty or fear. You can do this meditation seated as well, in case you can't make it outdoors. In that case imagine yourself walking in your favorite location.
This is part 7 of a 7-Part Feel Safe Meditations, Episodes 772-778.
As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
