In today's episode, I thought we'd take a look at perceiving threats

and how it might be heightening our anxiety.

So, obviously, the way that we look at things in life affects the way that things go.

And how we perceive threats or what we perceive as threats really colors our anxiety.

Many times what happens is we don't even have a lot of thought process around it.

It just kind of happens, like people say, it kind of happens out of the blue.

But it's just deeply ingrained in us.

This comes from trauma or repetition.

It could be a one-time trauma.

It could flip you into a perceiving even small threats as dangers very easily.

Or just doing it over and over again.

So repetition can also dig that hole for us or deepen that connection.
