Summary

In this episode you are guided in a walking meditation to embrace change. You'll discover a coping technique the Dalai Lama uses to help manage traumatic change. You'll also discover how much of a profound influence your emotions have on the world.

It's often said change is the only constant in life. But that doesn't make it any easier to deal with it. In this week's series you'll be guided using techniques to welcome change, rather than to resist it. In today's episode you're guided using a powerful affirmation to accept and embrace change taking place in your life, and in the world around you.

This is part 6 of a 7-Part Welcoming Change Meditations, Episodes 766-772.

As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
