Today, I'm joined by Michigan Attorney General,

Dan and Nestle, who's been in office since 2019.

In 2014, General Nestle successfully argued for the plaintiffs in DeBoer vs. Snyder,

which declared that Michigan's ban on same-sex marriage was on Constitution.

The case was eventually combined with others and appealed to the Supreme Court as Obrick

Fell vs. Hodges, which legalized same-sex marriage across the United States.

In 2016, she founded Fair Michigan, a non-profit organization that works to prosecute hate crimes

against the LGBTQ community.

So today, we're going to be talking about how many Republican attorneys

general signed off on bogus claims since the 2020 election, as well as a letter written

to Texas Attorney General Ken Paxson earlier this month questioning the legitimacy of same-sex

marriage in the United States.

But first, you'll be presenting testimony at Sydney Powell's disciplinary hearing before

the Texas Bar Association in a few days.

So let's get into that.

So remember that back in February of this year, you, along with Governor Gretchen Whitmer

and Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson there in Michigan, filed a complaint regarding

Texas attorney Sydney Powell, aka the Kraken, and her wild claims of post-2020 elections

...
