Today we're going to be talking about beauty. Beauty from the inside out, beauty from the outside

in, and what is it that makes you feel beautiful? And what is it that makes other people beautiful to us?

Many of you know, some of you may not,

that I used to be in the talent business.

I used to represent supermodels and negotiate contracts

for them for a living at the end of my talent agent career like the last four years I would say.

And I had all these thoughts about beauty being there of how you could meet someone and they would be incredibly gorgeous initially,

and then you would get to know their personality, and from that experience they would either become way more beautiful,

or they would become way less beautiful.

And you know you always hear about oh, you know, beauty is, it's about, you know, what's on the

inside and all this stuff, which of course I believe I live my life that way but this was a really stark

example of how someone could be a physical like a perfect physical specimen and if they were

mean kind of sending entitled which of course really all equals being insecure I

would not experience them as beautiful externally any longer.

It really changed how I experienced them.

So today I'm having a long deep conversation with a girlfriend of mine who is amazing and she's actually a global beauty and lifestyle entrepreneur and expert.
