Josh here with his co-host and co-coach KG and I'm in the house. And we're talking about our five biggest reflections from 2025. I was going to make a 10 and I'm like, you know what? Five and five is great. And what's awesome is me and Kyle had to come up with two of our own personal biggest reflections as well as one we both agree on. So there's going to be a lot of fun. And it has been a dozy of a year. It's been a

great year in a lot of respects. I've also had a lot of challenges here. There's just been a lot of

things that have come up and really gone wrong or gone like awry, if you will. And I know for a ton of

people too, this has been a particularly tough year. But I think what's nice is even through challenge even

when you get like really pushed aside or your plans get completely thrown off a cliff you can reflect on

that you can grow and it's how you adapt it's how you adjust and I think that's where reflection is huge

Just before I was in like a hockey fight and my shoulder got dislocated, fully popped out, like a severe dislocation. It was not fun. Absolutely sucked. I'm not being able to not use my arm.
